Hello and Happy Monday fellow Federationists!

I apologize for not being clear in my original message. The monitoring is
related to guide dogs/service animals. However, if you are having issues
related to blindness please let me know. You can call me at 813 625 1850 or
email me at merrys at verizon.net

If you ride Uber and use a guide dog/service animal and you want to
participate, let me know and I'll email you the form to be completed
relaying your Uber experience - positive or negative.

Hello to my Federation Family,

The National Federation of the Blind (NFB) has entered into a settlement
agreement with Uber. Beginning May 8th we will kick off a nationwide
monitoring project to measure Uber's compliance with the settlement. Each
state has a coordinator who will collect and submit the data to our NFB
national office on a monthly basis. 

I will be the coordinator for Florida. My responsibility will be to collect
and submit the data from individuals who are willing to participate in the
project. If you are interested in being a part of this please let me know by
sending an email to merrys at verizon.net You do not have to be a member of the
NFB to participate.
