The presentation was made at the 20th annual WTS Central Florida Scholarship & Awards Banquet.

>>>>> Ms. Baldwin is a member of the Transportation Disadvantaged Local Coordinating Board (TDLCB), which is facilitated by MetroPlan Orlando and focuses on paratransit service in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. She chairs the Quality Assurance Task Force, a subcommittee of the TDLCB.

>>>>> She has been a committed advocate for persons with a disability, serving as a Commissioner on the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged from 1992 to 2002. For many years, she served on the Orange County Disability Advisory Board and the LYNX Accessibility Advisory Committee.  Each year, Ms. Baldwin participates in the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged Legislative Awareness Day, where she meets with state lawmakers to advocate for the needs of the people with disabilities in Central Florida and throughout the state.
