Dear Florida Federation Family,

We need your help to stop:  H.R. 620, the "ADA Education and Reform Act of
2017"

Please see below a sample email to your representative, switchboard number
in D.C., 

representative contact information in district order, list of co-sponsors
from Florida, and find attached the 

three documents that are mentioned in the body of the sample email letter.

If you need assistance Camille Tate will be sending out a list of leaders in
our affiliate who will be available to assist you on Monday.  Thank you!
Without our collective action this bill might pass.  This is an urgent
matter!

Sample email:

As your constituent, I oppose the "ADA Education and Reform Act of 2017,"
(H.R. 620). 

This bill is expected to come to the floor for a vote on February 14th or
15th. I write to 

request that Congressman/woman (add name) please vote "no". This bill will
diminish the 

rights of blind people by eroding the foundation of the Americans with
Disabilities Act. I 

have attached a fact sheet, a letter from the President of the National
Federation of the 

Blind, as well as a letter from the Senior Vice President of AARP. Please do
not take my  

ADA away!
