[Nfbf-l] Reasons for resolutions

Thank you Kitty, I didn't know the steps to take it to National and no one decided it was worth telling me the steps. Turns out that if you present a resolution, and it passes state then you have to submit it to National by a certain date and be there to present it in person at the National Convention. I didn't know this at the time. 
But Thank you for your support.
The kids are doing well, getting so big that I hardly recognize them.
