Greetings,
I hope this e-mail finds everyone in great health & high spirits!!!

I am doing some research and can use your input. When it comes to the para transit system in your area, what is their policy when the drivers are late/pass the pick up window? Is your ride free, do they apologize, or is nothing done? Are you penalized if you are late? Are you provided a receipt from the driver or able to obtain documentation from the company indicating how often you used system/amount you spent within a year?
