Hi Gloria,

I think it would be great to have him back in a few months. Spectrum is
still not what it should be. My service is still not correct. I can't seem
to get DVS on my set-top box. I really appreciate the effort you go to in
order to get these speakers.

Subject: [NFBF-L] Senior Concerns Committee Follow-up: Will Shell contact
information

Hello everyone,

Our most recent Senior Concerns Committee meeting featured as a guest
speaker, Will Schell, who serves as an Attorney Advisor at the Disability
Rights Office of the Federal Communications Commission. He has given us his
contact information and asked me to distribute it:

Will Schell

will.schell at fcc.gov <mailto:will.schell at fcc.gov>

Whether or not you were able to take part in last Thursday's meeting, you
might consider contacting Will if you are having difficulty getting
accessible equipment or service from you local cable company.

Please share your results on the list, if you are so inclined.

The Senior Concerns Committee is considering having Will Shell back to
address a meeting in about six months or so, if there is enough interest.
Please share your thought on whether or not you feel this would be a
worthwhile program.

Gloria Mills Hicks

Chairperson, NFBF Senior Concerns Committee
