Hey Jane, Just to let you know Paula and I did attend that event a couple of
years ago the Fair at the high school. We demonstrated Braille writing names
and reading Braille short stories it was a time of busy schedules and my
sister attended Scott County High School So we did attend I am not an
official student but I did go represent NFBK and we handed out literature
and the information about newsline and other NFB Materials. Just so you
know. 
I may be interested in working with the student division again if something
were to be planned. Keep me in mind.

We were signed up a couple of years ago and then something happened and they

When I was president of KABS I corresponded with this woman, but was not
able to make it to the event.  This might be something that the current KABS

The Scott County Schools will present the Scott County Transition Fair on
April 16th at the high school gym from 1-5:30pm.  

 

Your organization/agency is invited to participate!   At this event a large
number of students and parents of the Scott County community will attend to
learn about job and/or post secondary education opportunities.  Besides
assisting students with special needs transition from high school to the
"real world", this is an excellent opportunity for you to reach out
in the
community.

 

Please consider setting up a booth at this community event.  If you are
interested in being a part of this activity, please respond to this email
soon.
