Thank you for responding to my post. If you could post a link to where I could find the Freedom of Information Act, I would greatly appreciate it. 
 
Also, do you know if there was any written statement from the Attorney General’s office regarding the authority the Commission Board has over the agency including the director of the agency? If I recall correctly, there was some kind of special meeting devoted to this issue, and I would like to review any existing records regarding this meeting.
