Thanks to brother Joe Sontage he has put on a file sharing site the ADA surveys of DTMB owned buildings conducted belatedly in 2008. They document physical violations of the ADA in all of these buildings. Unfortunately the files are not only pdf files but the architectural firm hired for this project used image based check marks. Regardless none of the barriers have been remove and they document severe ADA violations including the lack of raised character and Braille signage in all of these state owned facilities.

I've forwarded them to the United States Department of Justice and Michigan Protection and Advocacy Services as documentation of years of civil rights abuses here.

I suggest that others do the same.
