Subject: visitor sign-in In case you are wondering why there is a podium in
the front entry, it is because all visitors now must sign in and out.  This
has been implemented as a result of our security assessment we had last
year.  All of our buildings on campus now will require visitors to sign in
and out.  If in the event you have a visitor who is visually impaired and
they do not know their way around our building, you will have to assist
them with signing in and out and also escort them in and out of the
building.  There is a sign on the front door and one over the podium
indicating the need to sign in.   We will need everyone’s assistance with
this new procedure.  If you see visitors coming into the building, let them
