Dear Fred, Jim, Melissa, Don, and Lynne,

There has been a change in the date and time for the mark up of 
the Workforce Investment Act.  The following is the most current 
information but it may change again if our efforts are 
successful.  If they do, i will noify you as soon as possible.

Currently, The Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and 
Pension will mark up the Workforce Investment Act on Thursday, 
June 30 at 10:00 a.m.  I will notify you of the room number once 
i confirm it.  Again, it is critical that we have a substantial 
number of people in the room when this vote occurs.  Please 
recruit as many members from your affiliate as possible to attend 
this meeting.  In order to help ensure that our members are able 
to get into the meeting room, we should be in line no later than 
8:00 a.m.  Please contact Kristian Kuhnke at kkuhnke at nfb.org or 
(410) 659-9314, extension 2219, to let her know how many people 
to expect from your affiliate.  Thank you.
