The HELP Committee markup has been changed yet again.  As you 
will see below, it is now scheduled for July 13.  As more details 
become available, I will pass them along.

Although we have not yet been able to have Section 511 removed 
from the proposed Rehabilitation Act reauthorization language, 
due to our efforts, we have been successful in postponing the 
HELP Committee's mark up of the WIA.  The date and time for the 
mark up of the Workforce Investment Act has been changed to July 
13.  I apologize for the inconvenience but it remains critical 
that we have a substantial number of people in the room when this 
vote occurs.  Please continue to recruit as many members from 
your affiliate as possible to be prepared to attend this meeting.  
I will forward updates as soon as I receive them.
