[NFBWATlk] Writing an Article for the Braille Motitor

Hello All,
Happy Monday. I have some questions I have pertaining to how I might go about submitting an article to be included in the Braille Motitor. 
1. Are there entrance fees I should be aware of?
2. Are there any other editorial considerations I should be aware of, besides being an NFB member and talking about blindness philosophy? 
3. Is there a word count? 
4. Do I actually need to be receiving the Braille monitor for this to work? 
I am being inspired by an experience I experienced during a conversation within my table mates while attending the NFBW Seattle Chapter meeting.
