The process of submitting an article to the Braille monitor is surprisingly simple. All you need to do is to write the article and send it to Chris Danielson, monitor editor. There are no fees. You don’t need to have subscribed, although reading the monitor is a good way to know what kind of articles are usually welcome.
If you want, you can send an email query to Chris Danielson to ask if your topic is of interest. Even that is unnecessary, though, since he is more than delighted to accept unsolicited writing.
Good luck. Not even knowing the topic of your article, the setting you describe makes me think I’ll be very interested to read it.
