Dogracing Form NFBNJ State Convention 2015

Honoring Vincent Chaney, Founder and Past President of the 

New Jersey Association of Guide Dog Users, NJAGDU 

 

The sixth  Annual Holiday Inn Derby!

To be held at our 39th annual state convention on the evening of Friday,
November 6. 

The National Federation of the Blind of New Jersey with the support from our
Guide Dog Division Members And their Partners will have fun, provide
awareness and raise needed funds for the division educational and outreach
programs.

 

One selection for each form, however more forms are available for other
choices.

Donations are in the amount of 

$5   $10    $15    $20 Circle the amount of your choice.

Payouts are determined on the total amount bet on eachDog.
