[NJAGDU] Another guide dog refusal from a rideshare company

This is a follow-up from the Lyft dog refusal I posted on 12/15/2019. It is Lyft’s response after their investigation. My comments are inserted in the body of the message below between ***.

Follow-Up from Lyft Safety
Hi Richard,

Thank you for your patience as we investigated this incident.

We contacted the driver and have educated them on Lyft’s Service Animal Policy. 

*** I thought the drivers were educated as part of their sing-up process. Perhaps drivers should be made to watch a video. *** 

If the driver in question violates Lyft’s Service Animal Policy again, they will be permanently deactivated. Again, reports of this nature are taken very seriously, and we appreciate you taking the time to let Lyft know.
