[Oabs] conference line?

Hi Aleeha and all. 

I've already taken steps to see how we can fix the issue. I have contacted Ryan and he is going to look at the line online. 

In the meantime, I don't see a problem with using a a kip lot. It has been sent over the list a few times now, so since it is out there no one is excluded.
