[Oabs] board meeting this Friday

Hi, all,

Now that the semester has wound down or is winding down for most of us
it is time for a board meeting.  The board has indicated that the 8th
would be better than the 9th, so we'll plan for Friday the 8th at 8:00
PM on our standard conference line (an email with a number will follow
closer to the meeting).  Elif has said that she will be going back to
Turkey, but I have not heard of conflicts from the other board
members.  I know Emily is moving out of her apartment that day, but
hopefully 8:00 is late enough.  If we need to move it to 8:30 I will
let you all know-This is just a meeting to check in and my agenda is
not long.

All are welcome to call into the meeting as we are striving to be
transparent and model our division after the proceedings of the
affiliate as much as possible.  The board will be the only body that
can vote, but we may not do much of that anyway.  Here is my tentative
agenda.  If anyone, board member or not, feels there is something else
that should be discussed please let me know by Thursday at noon so I
can add it.

Call to order.
Discussion of raffle tickets.  Refining our methods for selling
tickets. and discussion of possible brailling party
Scripp and Eric's challenge for convention
Committees.
National Convention plans.
Adjourn
