This list is sponsored by the National Federation of the Blind, NFB and the NFB of Pennsylvania. NFBP-Brandywine is the email list of the Brandywine Valley Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind of Pennsylvania. The purpose of this list is to provide information about and facilitate discussion of blindness-related issues affecting residents of Pennsylvania and the Brandywine Valley area. Topics such as education, the Braille Enrichment for Literacy and Learning (BELL) program, legislative matters, affiliate and chapter activities, and resources at the state and local levels will be discussed. There will also be occasional posts concerning issues of major importance to the blind, as well as announcements concerning activities of the National Federation of the Blind on the national level.
