Hello Nella,

This property was a bargain.  It had been in foreclosure and it cost less
then many condos do.  It had been empty for four years but it needs little
work inside except replacing six ceiling fixtures the previous owners took
with them.  

The lot is 4.75 acres and it is badly over grown with four years worth of
weeds.  The entire lot is fenced in with wire fence that can be charged.
There is a barn workshop, a round pen and two fenced pastures.  Wood fencing
needs repair too.  There is a chicken coop but it is small.  My mother in
law will be living with us half the year which is great because we get along
really well.  she grew up with chickens so she will be the expert there.  

It will be a while before we can afford horses but our neighbors have them
so I can hear them along with the cows, ducks donkeys etc.  It is heaven!

The town consists of two convenience stores, a post office and a church.
There is a hardware store, dollar store and pizza place 4 miles away and the
cith of Sebring FL is ten miles away and it is a delightful drive.  

First I have to finish unpacking then cleaning four years of dirt and then I
can start working outside.  I figure I will wait until fall before planting
a garden since it is too hot to grow stuff here in summer.  We have to add
top soil to the garden because it is realy just sand.
