[Ag-eq] Hydroponics

I understand monitoring pH, temperature, and various concentration levels
might seem like something only feasible with visual assistance, but
Independence Science, http://www.independencescience.com/, is one such
resource making accessible probe ware that might allow one to do this. It's
only a thought I had. I know Independence Science primarily targets the
education market, but it might be possible to consult with them to find a
solution.

Jewel, or anyone with experience, I'd be interested to hear about your
experiment with hydroponics.
I saw an interesting system last year, but it seemed like it required a lot
of monitoring of chemical levels that would be a pain in the neck without
sighted help.
