What thermometers do you use for cheese making? I'm a kitchen cheese maker
myself.

I've been a vegetarian for years, so really can't help you.  I do use
talking thermometers when making cheese and they seem pretty accurate.

Blind friends tell me that they can tell by the texture; I think they poke
the meat with a fork.  I wonder if the smell would tell you anything?
