[AG-EQ] Is this evolution in action?

I am referring to what, I think, are Mexican Walking Fish which have come ashore and are walking and 
predating their way through Florida.  They are proving themselves to be a real threat to anything 
smaller than a St Bernard:  maybe a little over generous there sizewise, but you know what I mean!
They are, already, in my view, past the stage of being amphivians as  they can exist out of water 
for extended periods, while the true amphibians:  frogs,toads etc  are never far from it , so are 
these lovable creatures evolving to being truly terrestrial?
Art of Tampa Bay, have you had a face-to-face confrontation with one of these catfish?
