Hi Holly,
The first think I'll suggest, start your process ASAP. ETS is too slow
to make required arrangement's.
One of my friends took GMAT on computer and she said it was totally accessible.
I took my GRE in 2011 in Turkey, it was not accessible at all.
Actually they didn't claim that it is accessible. I had a reader.
Maybe in that year or in Turkey it was not possible to take it on
computer as accessible.
I also know a friend who had a reader and tactile forms of the shapes
and graphics.
I think you don't have to take all the exam as braille but having the
graphics and geometry questions as tactile is extremely helpful.
As an international student in the USA I'll be happy to answer your
future questions about the process.
Please don't hesitate to ask.
Good luck
