Hi Agape Dew, first, does your bank have a web site? If you have Jaws
or System Access, and Internet service, and your bank has a web site,
you might go to the web site and try it to see how accessible. You
need to advocate for yourself; don't let bank people give you the
runaround or determine what _they_ think is best. What's the name of
the bank you talk about? Please be much more specific about this so
people can check the web site to see how accessible it is; my bank's
web site is pretty accessible with System Access; I can do several
banking functions on it, as well as call a phone number to hear
recorded info about balance, checks that cleared, transfer funds, etc.
So please give us more specifics, such as the bank's name; it may be
that if we check their website it might be accessible; if not, you'll
have to talk to higher-ups at the bank about this. The more specific
you are, the more help you'll get; that's what NFB is for.
