[Blind-rollers] success in the UK

Thanks to those who sent replies about my new chair. I remember some discussion on list a few years back about certain models being better for blind people. I think someone mentioned the Quantum 600. I'm curious how different this is to the Quantum artemis (which I now have). 
Thoughts?
