[blindkid] blind vs deaf population

I have heard that deaf children outnumber blind children by as much as three 
to one, but I don't recall where I've actually seen that figure.  The 
National Center on Low Incidence Disabilities, based in Colorado, may have 
the stats you're looking for.  Please share whatever you find!
