[blindkid] Braille please?

The Boy Scouts of America says that "reading is a door to wonder."  For
blind people, braille is essential for this task.  Those who have good or
excellent feeling in their hands MUST LEARN BRAILLE.  Without it, the blind
kid and adult, is illiterate.  Do I have a witness here?
