[blindlaw] Fw: [nabs-l] plane fares for Louisiana and Colorado

No, I just want to know your opinion on paying for this sort of thing.  This 
is sort of paying for healthcare, don't you think?  The states are broke and 
running  deficits.  How long have you worked in the field of 
rehabilitation?]
