I prefer using Westlaw Classic.  In my experience, it has worked far better 
than Westlaw Next!

When I've logged into Westlaw Next, it was extremely to go past the I AGREE 
radio button; a press of the <enter> key on the CONTINUE produced no 
meaningful results or me and I was pretty frustrated until a Westlaw 
research assistant urged me to try out the Classic and everything worked out 
pretty well from there on.
