Anita, I'm sorry to hear you are having such troubles. Can you download Window Eyes for speech? I'm in the same situation in that I use both magnification and speech and this is the combination that works for me. I'm starting a PowerScore class today and so far the accessibly testing I've done with their preview material checks out okay.
