[blindlaw] Transferring after 1L

Michal,

I would recommend waiting until after your first semester before you even consider transferring. 

I was placed on the waitlist of a top-tier law school, but chose to remove myself from the waitlist and spend my first year at my second choice, an unranked school that no one knows about. 

Now, having finished my first year, You couldn't pay me anything short of full tuition to get me to transfer.

My advice, worry about transfer questions in January. For now, just focus on your first semester.
