All,

We recently filed a case against BarBri in the northern District of
Texas for lack of accessibility of their online website and mobile
application. BarBri is telling us that they only have about 9 or 10
blind students enrolled in its course per session. For class purposes,
we need to see how many blind students are enrolled in its course over
the past year. We can only go back a year for statute of limitations
purposes. Does anyone know how we can figure this out?
