If you rely heavily on the screen reader feature of fusion, Dell's have some weird new spacial audio thing that really messes with the screen reader. I got a Dell for law school and immediately exchanged it for a Lenovo when I realized my screen reader wasn't properly working with my Dell and Dell corporate wasn't willing to fix it. The spacial audio is supposed to enhance movie watching but makes the screen reader echo a lot. I got my Lenovo because I used it at a law firm last summer and thought it was great. It's the Carbon x1.

I currently use a Lenovo with Zoomtext, but have had Zoomtext with various computer brands and never noticed that making a difference. All of my issues have been due to the interaction of various security measures and various applications that negatively interact with Zoomtext. I would be curious to hear what issues you’ve identified with Dell specifically as I’ve never heard of different laptop brands negatively impacting accessibility software.
