[Blindmath] experience with chatty infty?

Hello,

I would like to hear about experience using chatty infty.  I went to
install the trial version of the program,

But it prompts for an additional install of a Microsoft program to make
the speech work.  I am not familiar with the Microsoft program and do
not know how to download it.

Has anyone had experience writing up a homework using chatty infty or
writing other mathematics? The software program seems promising.
