[Blindmath] MathType, word and reading existing documents

The TeX translators in MathType don't translate attributes such as bold,
italic, or color. That's true for both importing TeX into MathType and
exporting TeX from MathType, as well as for Toggle TeX. If you'd like to
see this added to MathType's abilities, please fill out a Future MathType
survey at http://www.dessci.com/en/products/MathType/future.asp.

If others in on the list have other feature requests, please use that
survey. The survey results are looked by the team that works on MathType
(which I'm not a member of). I know from discussions that I've seen,
people's requests are looked at quite seriously.
