[Blindmath] Help with facts needed

I am looking for any research that shows that blind and low vision students are not being taught Nemeth as they should be. In terms of time, quaility of instruction, or not being taught at all. Can anyone direct me in the direction of some research. I know Dr. Miniki (?) does a lot with math and blind students. Thanks for your help.
