[Blindmath] Format for boxes and whiskers

You can go to the NBA Forums, put in a search for "box and whisker plot"
and it will come right up.  Also, NBA has copies of their workshop handouts
that you can purchase which addresses all these little quirky things that
come up--Nemeth as well as general textbook strangeness.
