[Blindmath] How to study Maths using a computer...

Hey Vincenzo, this is definitely the right place to post such a question. But I am going to encourage you to post it on the nabs-l list as well as here, if you have not done so already. That is the student list, and while there are definitely students reading this list, you may get a different perspective on the student list. I cannot say much about the question itself.... I have just recently lost my sight and have not had the opportunity to study math non-visually yet. However, I am wondering why you can no longer use braille for math? I know college students that do that. Of course, you don't have to, but it is a possibility. People on this list should definitely be able to help you with this question though, but again, you may want to post to students as well.
Good luck.

Now, in order to study Maths efficiently at university, I need to switch from the way of studying Maths that I am used to, to a computer-based way of doing it.

Teachers at university have already said that they will provide me with all the material written in LaTeX and I think that this is great. But, what tools would you recommend me to use to read LaTeX? And, what should I use to do an exercise and deliver it to the teacher?
