[Blindmath] Statistics Z Tables

In my Statistics class, they are using Z tables to find the area under the normal curve between data values, along with the probabilities. I find it really frustrating and confusing to use a screen reader to read the tables, and there are no column headings on the tables indicating any categories of the columns. How do you find the area under the normal curve and the probabilities associated with it? Thanks.
