[Blindmath] MathML and VOiceOver?

Additionally, it seems you need to interact with math twice or three times to move from term to term.
For example, on the simple mathematical facts page, the expression ax^2+bx+c required three interactions to move between ax^2, bx, and c. You should only have to interact once, nothing useful is contained within the other levels of interaction, they seem illogical.
