If you're looking for an editor (and not just a braille translator), then you need Braille Blaster:

http://www.brailleblaster.org/

which is based on liblouis.

I don't know how well it supports mathematical braille, although the underlying liblouis translator can convert MathML into several braille mathematics codes.

Also, I haven't used Braille Blaster much, and therefore I am not well qualified to help if you encounter difficulties with it. If you do have problems, try subscribing to their mailing list.
