[Blindmath] Capital letters in MathType equations?

Sorry, there is a cut/paste typo in my reply. The file path to the file to
change in MathPlayer should be something like
   C:\Program Files (x86)\Design Science\MathPlayer\Rules\en\
ClearSpeak-unicode.tdl
