Ya, one of the hack that we were able to find to read mathematics on
android is to make sure the mathjax config object include the following
config properties in source html file so that mathjax accessibility
extensions are enabled:

MathJax = {
  options: {
    menuOptions: {
      settings: {
        explorer: true
      }
    }
}
}
