Hello Mr. Fine,
I hope you are well.
I was actually able to copy the expression by pressing shift+f10, then opening the submenu called “copy from clipboard.”
After that, I chose “Math ML” from the menu.
The only issue is that I can’t copy more than1 math expression at a time which can be a little time-consuming.
I’ll check out the resources you sent, as I’m still very interested in this topic.
Thank you,
Dana

Hi Dana
MathJax has an issues list, which has 9 NVDA issues, all closed. There's also a discussion group, which has 4 entries for NVDA. Here are the URLs for both.
https://github.com/mathjax/MathJax/issues?q=nvda
https://groups.google.com/g/mathjax-users/search?q=NVDA
By chance, a few days ago I got a report from a TSVI in the UK of what might be the same problem. And a report from an expert.
Here's an extract from the report: You shouldn't be using MathJax 2.7.2 as there appears to be a problem with triggering the Walker, certainly when using a modern version of Chrome, and possibly other aspects of the accessibility extensions.
I'll contact the TSVI and the expert later today, and ask if they can help.
I hope this helps at least a little.
with kind regards
Jonathan
