[Blindtlk] anyone use eudora 7 point something?

Hi Everyone,
Just a quick question. I noticed starting sometime last year that all 
the NFB lists have these headers I can't automatically get passed. 
They are as follows:

I find I have to arrow through all these lines if I don't want to 
hear all the links. Is there a way around this? Anyone who can help,
