Is the file only on your computer? If you reach it via a web link, perhaps 
you might want to share that link and a couple of us can try it. If you do, 
of course, contact us off list.

I think, if I were you, that I would do more than make my disability office 
sent another copy. I would make them bring up the document and see for 
themselves that it is not working and that they have not provided you an 
accommodation which is acceptable or even workable.
