Dear All,
    there was a discussion of whether one should leave the grill lid opened or closed. I promised to do a little research and get back to you on this questions. Well, what I found is that, like those on this list, there are some who say the lid should be opened and others who say it should be closed, while still others say it is a matter of personal preference!
