If I need assistance they give to me when I ask, I ask especially with the
dog, again my own preferences that when I get there I let them know that I
have a guide dog and they ask me if I would like pre boarding assistance, it
is not first come first serve on southwest it is open seating that is
different.

The biggest compliment you can pay me is to recommend my services!
