The biggest thing is, that all of this wonderful technology becomes obsolete 
so fast. Hence, a bank wouldn't want to lone money. The bank's answer is a 
credit card. Although I've never used it, the 3% loan from the NFB is a 
great solution.
You might also check Handytech U.S.A. they may have an interest free 
arrangement, where you would need to pay it off in a year.
I don't know the address.
